Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for admissions and fees paid to Rankridge IIT-JEE Excellence ("Rankridge", "we", "us"). Please read it carefully before making any payment. Specific terms are also communicated at the time of admission.

1. Registration & Counselling Fees

Any registration, application or counselling fee (if charged) covers administrative and evaluation costs and is generally non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in writing at the time of payment.

2. Course Fee Refunds

Requests for a refund of course fees are considered based on when the request is made relative to the course start date:

  • Before the course begins: eligible for a refund after deduction of applicable administrative charges.
  • Shortly after the course begins: a partial refund may be considered on a pro-rata basis, less charges, as per the admission agreement.
  • After a significant portion of the course: fees are generally non-refundable, as seats, faculty and materials are allocated in advance.

The exact windows, percentages and deductions are defined in the admission agreement provided at the time of enrollment.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable: registration/admission fees, study materials or kits already issued, examination or test fees paid to third parties, and any statutory taxes.

4. Scholarships & Discounts

Where a scholarship or discount has been applied, refunds (if any) are calculated on the actual amount paid after the scholarship, not on the full listed fee.

5. Cancellations by Rankridge

If Rankridge cancels a program before it begins for reasons within our control, students will be offered a suitable alternative or a refund of the fees paid for that program.

6. Refund Process & Timeline

To request a refund, contact the admissions team with your payment details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period, typically a few weeks, subject to verification.

7. Changes to This Policy

Rankridge may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with a revised date.
